Matt Ford Sales is excited to announce that Ford's Drive It First tour is coming to Kansas City on October 31, 2011.

BUCKNER, MO, October 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Matt Ford Sales, a leading Ford dealer, is excited to announce that Ford is bringing their Drive It First tour to Kansas City, MO on October 31, 2011. The free event allows individuals to experience firsthand the all-new 2012 Explorer and 2012 Edge with the revolutionary 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine. Chat with experts, take a test drive and experience Ford's SYNC system.

The event will take place in Independence, MO at the Independence Center, located just a few minutes from Matt Ford Sales. The Drive It First tour will run from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and takes approximately one-and-a-half to two hours to complete all events.

The tour offers two different driving events including a Technology Drive and Street Drive. During the Technology Drive, participants will have the opportunity to drive a 2012 Explorer or 2012 Edge and experience the latest in vehicle technologies including EPAS, Active Part Assist, BLIS and Cross Traffic Alert. During the Street Drive, participants will play the "Beat My Fuel Economy" game to try and earn bragging rights with the best fuel economy score.

Ford experts will be available during the event to answer questions and will also display Ford's innovative Driver Connect Technology on the MyFord Touch. There will also be a family activity area for families with small children.
