Over the last 19 years, Mr. Roy has developed a multifunctional and cross divisional role at BOSCH through his involvement in the Automotive, Aftermarket and Power Tool Divisions. Currently serving as the Director of Controlling and Operations at Skil North America, a Business Unit of the Bosch Power Tools Corporation, Mr. Roy heads the Controlling and Logistics departments and is responsible for day to day commercial and strategic aspects of the business. With a business philosophy that includes goal oriented planning and headstrong drive, Mr. Roy has provided successful results for the respective Divisions in which he has worked.

Mr. Roy has been honored as a Cambridge VIP in 2010 and has received many awards and recognition during his 19 year career at BOSCH. He received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce, both of which were earned internationally. Mr. Roy attributes his expertise in business strategy to his certifications in Business Finance, Corporate Governance, Cost Accounting and Corporate Strategy from leading institutions.
